TVXQ!’s ‘Begin Again’ Live in Kyocera Dome To Be Released On DVD And Blu-ray

Asia’s best group TVXQ!’s recent Japanese nationwide Begin Again live tour is set for release on DVD and Blu-ray in March.

It’s been announced that ‘東方神起 LIVE TOUR ~Begin Again~’ is set for this home release on March 28, 2018. The show was recorded live during the final leg of the five-dome tour at Kyocera Dome, Osaka on January 21, 2018. Highlighting the tour’s closing stages, the live concert showcases the duo performing their hits “Rising Sun”, “Why?(Keep Your Head Down)” and “Catch Me -If you wanna-”. TVXQ! has performed in front of over 780,000 fans in 17 shows across five cities in the span of three months in support of their sixth best album released on October 25, 2017.

On August 21, 2017 (Monday), a press conference announcing the comeback of Tohoshinki was held at Roppongi Hills, Tokyo. We bring to you the photos of the duo taken first time in about 2 years.

The ‘ASIA PRESS TOUR’ that visited 3 cities, Seoul and Tokyo on August 21 and Hong Kong on August 22, is the first public event in two years by Yunho and Changmin as Tohoshinki.

At the start of a long-awaited comeback in Asia, a press tour in three different countries is held, namely in the hope of announcing the resumption of activities in various places in Asia and so on.

TVXQ! Is The Top 5 Highest-Grossing Artist Of 2014 In Japan

After 10 years in the music industry, TVXQ! has proven again that they are still the most popular Korean idol group in Japan.

On December 20th, Oricon has revealed the total sales of each artist for singles, albums and music DVDs for 2014 through its website. Oricon has deemed as the most authentic music album and DVD sales research site.

According to Oricon, TVXQ!’s releases of Sweat/Answer single, TREE album and TVXQ! LIVE TOUR 2014 ~TREE~ DVD have achieved a total sale of 3.691 billion Yen (approximate 34 billion Won). The duo makes a record at the 5th place in the total sales category for artists in Japan regardless of their nationality.

TVXQ! sets its name in the top five in the total sales category as the only foreign artist, which proves their high popularity in Japan. Based on Oricon, Arashi, the most popular male idol group in Japan, tops with 13.823 billion Yen (approximate 127.4 billion Won) and female idol group, AKB48, grasps the second place with 13.075 billion Yen (approximate 120.5 billion Won) for the total sales category of 2014.

Goose House Sparks Interest With ‘Stand By U’ Cover

The latest cover song from a Japanese music unit group, Goose house, generated much interest especially among the fans of TVXQ!.

Earlier yesterday, Goose house released their new cover song none other than Stand by U, a song written by Shinjiroh Inoue for popular South Korean boy band, TVXQ!. The video clip, which was uploaded on Goose house’s official YouTube channel, shows three of Goose house’s members covering the song with only the use of a guitar and individual vocals. The acoustic cover was led by female vocalists Kei Takebuchi and Sayaka, while Shuhei Watanabe played the guitar.

TVXQ Plans For A Tokyo Dome Live Tour DVD & Blu-ray Release in October

After rumors began speculating around the social media, it has been confirmed last week in TVXQ’s Official Japan Website that the duo is planning for their 東方神起 LIVE TOUR 2013 ~TIME~ DVD & Blu-ray release on next month’s October 23.

Starting off with Saitama Super Arena early this year on April 27, this Japan tour has covered a total of five major domes which includes Sapporo, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka and Tokyo. From this largest production of the major dome tour, the Tokyo Dome performance was recorded for this film.

For this tour’s performance in the prestigious Tokyo Dome, two different versions of DVD and a Blu-ray will be released this time around. This DVD will mark the sixth release of a concert-based film in Japan and fifth release for the Blu-ray.

DBSK’s Japan Concert DVD and Japanese Single Album First and Second in Pre-Orders

TVXQ (DBSK) is looking to make a big return to the Japanese music market.

As of May 27, Japan’s Tower Records revealed its preorder ranking chart, which showed TVXQ′s recent live concert series DVD, as well as upcoming single album Android sitting in first and second in preorders respectively.

TVXQ To Release New Japanese Single ‘ANDROID’ On July 11

After the news of TVXQ‘s upcoming Korean album which is said to be released in the first half of the year, it seems that the new Japanese single will hit stores first on July 11.

The upcoming single entitled, ‘ANDROID‘, was announced today in Tohoshinki Japan Official Website, causing a wide anticipation among fans as it has been a year since a dance song was released.

As always, there are two different album versions; a CD+DVD and a CD only. Check out the track list from the CD+DVD version below.
