Specialist content producing company, FABULOUS is working on with an upcoming TVXQ! documentary featuring the band’s 6th album, Catch Me. This collaborative project between both FABULOUS and SM Entertainment was launched back in July this year, which also premieres a teaser image that hints on its working title as “Production Note”.
Just today, more long-awaited details on the documentary content are released through the Korea Media Rating Board homepage.
The arbitration regarding the contract was held at the Seoul Central District Court on the 18th at 5:00PM. Originally, the final judgment was to be held on the 13th, but the justice department advised that another arbitration be held.
In order to carry out a smooth agreement, the justice department required the representatives of both JYJ and S.M.Entertainment to be present at the court, but even after about one hour of attempting to mediate both sides, the two sides still strongly expressed their individual statements and were unable to bring a conclusion.
SM Entertainment (aka SM) and group JYJ’s final judgement was delayed again.
SM and JYJ’s judgment was supposed to be finalized on the 13th at 10AM at court. But, there was a decision that both sides’ opinions should be settled, which is why the judgment was delayed again. Both the representative of SM and JYJ filed their consultation letter on the 11th. The delay was decided on the 12th.
SM and JYJ’s legal fight was supposed to end on the 19th of July. At that time, SM requested an arbitration, which delayed the date to August 10th. However, a firm agreement was not established from both sides.
Since May, there were 6 turns to try to settle an agreement, but the difference between the two sides was so definite that there was no chance of narrowing it down. It has already been more than 3 years since the legal dispute first began.

Word is cycling that the arbitration filed on July 11 by SM Entertainment has been accepted and that the hearing date for this will be on August 10. It’s also been said that the final verdict date is now unknown until this next hearing is decided.
I can not validate this as I have not found an article from an actual news source that backs this; however, a post was made here about this:
No Verdict For JYJ VS SM Trial: Arbitration Meeting Aug. 10
The trial has now been delayed until August 10 (arbitration meeting).
As it appears, the court has accepted SM’s request for arbitration. It is now unknown when the verdict will be released.
The date set for August 10th, is the date for the arbitration meeting. Where this goes from here, I honestly don’t know.
There is no verdict date now. I want to make that clear.
Both parties, in this case JYJ and SM, must adhere to the court’s decision once it grants arbitration. In South Korea, law is different so please keep this in mind.
Updating as more info is released.

Due to this information, I want it known that the Twitter Trend for July 18-19 is still going on because I feel that the message we send during this frustrating time – both to JYJ and to Cassiopeia as a fandom – is still just as important now as it was before.
