South Korean boyband TVXQ!’s U-Know Yunho confirms his attendance in the upcoming SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR VI in JAPAN which will be held in July in Kyocera Dome and Tokyo Dome.
On May 12, S.M. Entertainment’s Japanese website announced their hosting of the SMTOWN concert and Jung will be one of the performers. Jung will officially perform for the first time in a SMTOWN concert after his military discharge on April 20, 2017.
The company to many famous South Korean singers and excellent actors like JYJ, Gummy, Choi Min Sik, Sol Kyung Gu, Kwak Do Won, Moon So Ri, Ra Mi Ran, Kim Sun A, and Ryu Jun Yeol, C-JeS Entertainment, has now created their own Chinese-Korean magazine solely for their artists.
C-JeS Magazine’s first issue went on sale December 2016. The 3rd issue will be on sale for this year’s March. With each new issue comes new updates on the artists. From the entire content of the magazine to the production and distribution, they were all done by the company’s internal cultural project group to create two versions of the magazine, Chinese and Korean.
South Korean boyband TVXQ!’s U-Know Yunho was discharged from the 26th Mechanized Division in Yangju, Gyeonggi and revealed his thoughts and feelings to the press.
“I was called U-Know Yunho in the society, then it was a time when I grew up as Jung Yunho while letting go of everything,” Jung said. “I feel complicated because the time that was once stopped is moving again. My military life was fun and I made good memories in the 26th division. It was an opportunity to grow up and I learned to be grateful for small things.”

Jung was enlisted in the 26th Mechanized Division Recruit Training Centre in Yangju, Gyeonggi back in July 2015 and after five weeks of basic training, he was appointed as the best trainee. In the same year in October, he was the model of a poster for the ‘Reading in Military’ campaign organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and sponsored by the Ministry of National Defense. After his exemplary military life became known, he then appeared on the back cover of a military magazine HIM January 2016 issue.
South Korean boyband JYJ’s Park Yoochun is reportedly to get married this fall.
STARNEWS revealed in a news article earlier yesterday that Park and a non-celebrity woman will tie the knot this fall. Park debuted in music industry in 2004 and is currently serving in the military as a public service staff and will discharge at the end of this coming August.
S.M. Entertainment’s new 2017 concert will unite major K-Pop stars in South Korea after three years.
According to the performance industry, the music agency has confirmed their ensemble concert SMTOWN LIVE to be held at Seoul World Cup Stadium on July 8, 2017. The fifth concert series was held in Japan last year but it has been three years since they actually hosted the fourth tour in South Korea back in 2014.
South Korean boy band JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong has donated 20 million Won in secret to help a Thai fan in a coma.
On March 5, Thailand’s Daily News reported that Kim visited the hospital upon hearing the news that a Thai fan collapsed during her trip to Korea and is now hospitalized.

Kim led a 3-month Asian tour for the first time after his military discharge. His agency, C-JeS Entertainment, said on March 3, “Kim Jae Joong finished his big project of the 2017 KIM JAE JOONG ASIA TOUR ‘The REBIRTH of J’ after his discharge. Starting from Seoul in last January to Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya and Saitama in Japan, to Hong Kong, Thailand, Macao and Taiwan, over 130,000 fans were gathered in nine cities and proved the global popularity of Kim.”
South Korean boyband TVXQ!’s U-Know Yunho will soon discharge from military service this coming April 20.
The 31-year-old was enlisted in the military on July 21, 2015 and has been serving as an active soldier in the military band of the 26th Mechanized Infantry Division in Yangju, Gyeonggi. In May last year, Jung Yunho received an honor as a Special Warrior that was awarded to only those who scored more than 90 marks in every subject including shooting, physical strength, mental stamina and combat skills.
K-Pop star Kim Jae Joong’s finale concert in Kaohsiung, Taiwan was ‘special and pleasant’, say fans.
Kim Jae Joong successfully ended his The Rebirth of J Asian tour in Kaohsiung last Saturday and it was his first time to host a concert there. The audience had a special time as they celebrated April Fools’ Day with their idol in Kaohsiung Arena.
