TVXQ!’s Yunho Confirms Attendance For SMTOWN Concert

South Korean boyband TVXQ!’s U-Know Yunho confirms his attendance in the upcoming SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR VI in JAPAN which will be held in July in Kyocera Dome and Tokyo Dome.

On May 12, S.M. Entertainment’s Japanese website announced their hosting of the SMTOWN concert and Jung will be one of the performers. Jung will officially perform for the first time in a SMTOWN concert after his military discharge on April 20, 2017.

SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR VI in JAPAN will be held in Osaka’s Kyocera Dome on July 15 and 16, 2017 and in Tokyo Dome on July 27 and 28, 2017 and artists including Kangta, BoA, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, EXO, Red Velvet and NCT.

As his bandmate Shim Changmin (Max) will discharge in August, Jung will meet the Japanese fans first with his solo performances.

The SMTOWN concert, so-called ‘dream stages,’ targets a 200,000 audience turn up in total. The concert is expected to have a fantastic directing in both group and solo performances and high-quality collaborations.

SMTOWN concerts have been hosted in great success in many important cities around the world such as Seoul, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo and Beijing, and it will be the sixth time the show will be hosted in Japan as it is establishing itself as the greatest music festival.

All SMTOWN artists except TVXQ! performed in SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR V in JAPAN last year on August 13 and 14, 2016 in Tokyo Dome and gathered over 900,000 audience.
