Actor and singer JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong sent a warm support to his former band mate, TVXQ!’s Jung Yunho.
During an interview with Star Today Korea in a cafe in Shinsa-dong, Seoul, Kim showed his support towards Jung, who will be playing in a follow-up drama of Triangle. Jung will appear in the all-new MBC Mondays-Tuesdays drama Diary Of A Night Watchman and it will first broadcast on August 4.
Following Jung’s message for Kim during the press conference for Diary Of A Night Watchman two days ago, Kim, in return, responded warmly.

Kim said, “I couldn’t watch all the dramas Yunho appeared in. However, I do hear that some people, who worked with him, complimented and said, ‘He [Jung Yunho] is really hardworking.'” Kim continued, “As it was for me [even to Jung], this is part of a process and I think he will do well given the opportunity he has through a new piece of work.”
Seeing Kim is much more experienced while starring in the historical drama, Dr. Jin, Kim advised, “[For Yunho], he will face hardships since it is his first time to act in a historical drama. Acting is indeed important, but the most tiring part is acting under the hot weather.”
“Since he plays as a martial officer, he will perform various stunts. I hope he will take good care of his health,” Kim continued. “Yunho! Hwaiting! (Good luck!)”
Through Triangle, Kim was evaluated and overcame the limit of an ‘acting idol’, but stepped up as a character actor. He emphasized, “I realized how important it is to work together than to shine alone. If there’s an opportunity, I want to work again, even if it’s a short one, to continue this sense of reality.”
Meanwhile, Kim will start his comeback activities as JYJ through the band’s newest album, Just Us.
